Discover Your Potential “Don't just dream about what could be; let's make it happen .” 2011 I started my first official business, Nisbett & George (I had previously run several sweetie businesses while in school) in the final year of my fashion design and marketing degree while being a new mum to a 9-month-old girl. To my surprise, Nisbett & George gained a lot of momentum winning awards, but we sadly closed the doors in 2014. 2016 I joined Apple Corporate as a Retail Marketing Manager, but after spending nearly nine years there, I felt it was time for a change of pace, and the tech start-up world called my name. 2017 I joined a company called YADA and spent an exciting six months there building events and focusing on the brand's business development. However, I realised that I could no longer balance that fast-paced London lifestyle while single-handedly looking after my little one 2018 I joined world-renowned Electrolux, working on brands AEG and Zanussi. I focused on a career that was closer to home and allowed me more flexibility to spend time with my daughter. Family is very important to me and after meeting my fiancee and becoming pregnant with my second daughter, I realised that my heart was no longer in the corporate world and spending time with my family was more important to me 2019 I decided to take a leap of faith in myself, worked hard for a year, and completed my MBA at the global institution Cranfield University, where I was selected to be the president of the Women in Leadership Society. I worked on my MBA through the pandemic with a baby and preteen and learnt so much about myself and others through this gruelling process. I also started mentoring university students from my old institution, UEL and got the bug of serving others. 2020 Since completing my MBA, I started and scaled various businesses, from beauty brand Cocoista to The Thrivology Company, a Sales and Marketing Consultancy, but nothing felt quite right. As I tried different businesses for ‘fit,’ I realised that I was swopping my corporate career for another job (which I owned), and I didn’t want that. I wanted flexibility, freedom, and fulfilment to spend quality time with my family and create lasting experiences with them. 2023 At the start of the year, I welcomed my third baby girl into the family and took some much-needed time to rest and enjoy life with my little bubba.This year marked a transformative milestone as I completed my coaching qualification and officially stepped into my role as a coach. This journey not only refined my skills but also ignited my passion for empowering others to reach their full potential. 2023 I began my PhD in Female Entrepreneurship, which became a pivotal moment for reflecting on my future. During my studies, I immersed myself in the world of female entrepreneurship, researching the unique challenges that women face in business. This exploration prompted me to reflect on my own journey and inspired me to develop solutions that empower women, particularly mothers, to succeed on their own terms and build meaningful legacies. As I continued my research, I recognized the importance of creating a business that aligned with my values—one that provided freedom and the opportunity to build a legacy that my family could be proud of. Present Fast-forward to today… I am expecting my fourth bubba, yes, I said it, fourth! I completed my coaching diploma and DISC certification with The Coaching Academy, gaining 100+ coaching hours, and honing my skills. With my background and experience, I have a deep love of helping other women succeed and this showed from coaching creative graduates as a co-founder of Nisbett & George to mentoring students from UEL and Cranfield. This has led me to starting Femmeprenista, welcome! And if you haven’t got it from the rest of my bio, one of my values is learning and personal development, so I am now embarking on my journey of pursuing a PhD in Black Female Entrepreneurship and focusing on supporting women (especially you supermums out there) to build businesses and create lasting legacies for your families whilst being fulfilled and creating impact. < Back Terms Of Use By electing to join the Membership Site (whether through purchasing online, or opting in via the Founding Member option) you, the purchaser of a subscription to the Membership Site entitled “The Femmeprenista Membership” (hereinafter “The Member”) acknowledge the terms as outlined herein, and agree and willingly purchase entry into The Membership, which is part of a product offering from The Thrivology Company. The Thrivology Company is the trading name for Thrivology Limited (UK Registered Company number: 13215559). The services will be rendered by The Femmeprenista Membership (hereinafter “Femmeprenista”), and you agree you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement, including the automatic renewal terms, with Femmeprenista, a product of Thrivology Limited, inclusive of the following terms and conditions mutually agreed upon. For good and valuable consideration, The Member is electing to purchase a subscription to The Femmeprenista Membership. The pricing options and terms are as outlined in the “Pricing Plan (5)” section above. In exchange, Femmeprenista agrees to provide the services outlined in the Membership Site Details below, and Membership Site Addendum attached hereto. 1. MEMBERSHIP SITE OUTLINE: ======================= The Member agrees and understands that he/she is pre-purchasing an annual subscription to The Femmeprenista. Membership (“Membership”), offering educational resources, workshops, group mentoring calls, and a community of like-minded female entrepreneurs. The Member acknowledges that he/she has read the Membership Site Addendum and conducted any additional research necessary to feel he/she understands what is being provided in The Membership as well as what is not included. The Member agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as the general policies and procedures that can be found in this agreement and on Femmeprenista’s website. The Membership is not to be considered a substitute for personalized business, medical, or legal advice. The Membership is not designed to treat any mental, emotional, or other medical conditions. If you as The Member believe you may be in need of personalized attention, whether for your business, health, or otherwise, please seek additional assistance outside The Membership. 2. PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES: ======================= The Member understands and agrees that they are purchasing access to The Femmeprenista Membership by selecting either a monthly or annual subscription, with pricing as outlined in the “Pricing Plan (5)” section above.The Membership includes Femmeprenista bonuses, access to the program, and other incentives as outlined on the sales page herein. Once the The Member has access to The Membership, they will redeem their Membership by utilizing a coupon code granted by Femmeprenista to unlock the Membership and access for the duration of their chosen subscription period (monthly or annually). The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless properly canceled as outlined herein. If a founding member decides to leave or cancel their Membership, their founding member price will no longer be redeemable, and they will have to rejoin at the regular price if they wish to access The Membership in the future. 3. CONFIDENTIALITY ======================= As part of The Member’s access to Membership, The Member will gain access to various trade secrets and personal intellectual property of Femmeprenista, including but not limited to materials such as verbal, written, and video advice, mindset guidance, and/or other information that may become available for use through The Member’s participation in The Membership. The Member understands and acknowledges that this information is not to be openly shared with others who have not purchased a subscription to The Membership. The Member agrees not to share, copy, or distribute any documents or other proprietary information obtained through The Membership, and agrees that he or she will be in violation of these Terms of Use if he or she uses any of the content outlined as his/her own material, or repurposes and uses the content in his/her own business without express written permission of Femmeprenista. Should The Member breach this provision and disclose confidential or proprietary information belonging to Femmeprenista or another participating in The Membership, The Member understands additional action may be taken by Femmeprenista up to and including legal action. The Member’s confidentiality obligations shall remain in effect during the term of their Membership and for a period of two years after the termination of their Membership. 4. TESTIMONIALS ======================= By providing any review, Testimonial, or feedback about The Femmeprenista Membership, whether it be a win, loss, challenge, problem, or any other content posted within the Membership platform or on any public platform (collectively referred to as “Testimonial”), The Member expressly grants Femmeprenista a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Testimonial, in whole or in part, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the purpose of promoting The Femmeprenista Membership and Femmeprenista’s business. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing the Testimonial within the Membership platform, on Femmeprenista’s public social media platforms, within their e-mail list, and in any other reasonable location deemed appropriate for marketing and promotional purposes. Furthermore, The Member grants Femmeprenista the right to use their name, image, likeness, and any other identifying information in connection with their Testimonial. Femmeprenista reserves the right to edit, paraphrase, or abbreviate the Testimonial as necessary while maintaining the original intent and message. The Member acknowledges that they will not receive any compensation for the use of their Testimonial, name, or likeness, and waives any right to inspect or approve the use of their Testimonial, name, or likeness in advance. The Member represents and warrants that their Testimonial is honest, truthful, and based on their actual experiences with The Femmeprenista Membership. 5. PRICING PLANS ======================= The Femmeprenista Membership offers two pricing options: Founding Membership: - Monthly: £27 per calendar month - Annually: £270 per year Regular Membership: - Monthly: £47 per calendar month - Annually: £470 per year All prices are subject to change and are reviewed on a 90-day rolling schedule. However, once a member is signed up for a particular pricing plan, that plan will stay in place for the duration of their Membership as long as the Member remains subscribed. Please note that if The Member cancels their services and later decides to rejoin, they will only be able to do so at the current prices available when rejoining if they wish to access The Femmeprenista Membership in the future. 6. PAYMENT ======================= The Member understands the cost of The Femmeprenista Membership, as outlined above. The membership fees are charged automatically by month or year in accordance with the “Auto-Renewal Terms (6)” outlined below. The Member understands they are responsible for the full payment each month or year and agrees to pay the sum requested electronically, via Femmeprenista’s website or a designated third-party payment processor of Femmeprenista’s choosing, in full. Should The Member fail to make timely payments, or if additional payments are not able to be processed, The Member understands their access to The Membership may be restricted if payment is not made within one (1) day of the date it is due. If payment is not made on the date it is due, Femmeprenista will continue to attempt to charge The Member via the membership site software; if and when payment goes through, The Member will again receive full access to Membership. If payment is not collected, The Member’s access will remain restricted, and The Member will carry a balance on their account, showing the month(s) owed. The Member must bring their account completely current in order to be granted access. If payment continues to be unsuccessful after sixty (60) days, The Member’s Membership shall be revoked and permanently cancelled. Should The Member wish to rejoin The Membership, they must do so at the current price it is being offered. Femmeprenista reserves the right to cancel The Member’s access to The Membership should they fail to make additional payments in accordance with the Auto-Renewal Terms as outlined below. Should this occur, The Member understands they are not entitled to a refund of funds already issued to Femmeprenista for access to The Membership. If a founding member decides to leave or cancel their Membership, their founding member price will no longer be redeemable, and they will have to rejoin at the regular price if they wish to access The Membership in the future. 7. AUTO-RENEWAL AGREEMENT ======================= The Member understands and agrees that continued access to The Femmeprenista Membership requires recurring monthly or annual payments that will be charged automatically on the day of the month or year on which they signed up. If The Member elects to be charged monthly by purchasing access to The Membership and agreeing to these Terms of Use, The Member understands they will be automatically charged each month, at the price mentioned above, via the same card or manner in which the initial payment was made, for the following month of Membership to The Membership. This process will repeat each month unless and until The Member properly cancels their Membership. If The Member elects to be charged annually by purchasing access to The Membership and agreeing to these Terms of Use, The Member understands they will be automatically charged each year, at the price mentioned above, via the same card or manner in which the initial payment was made, for the following year of Membership to The Membership. This process will repeat each year unless and until The Member properly cancels their Membership. 8. CANCELLATION POLICY: ======================= If The Member wishes to cancel their Femmeprenista Membership, they must do so more than 24 hours before the charge is scheduled to withdraw (all times are in GMT). Any requests for cancellation made less than 24 hours before the automatic renewal is scheduled to charge The Member’s card or made subsequent to the charge will take effect the following month. How To Cancel: -------------- To cancel a membership, follow these steps: a. Send an e-mail to info@Femmeprenista.com with the subject line “MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION”. b. Include your full name, e-mail address, and a clear statement requesting the termination of your Membership. c. Wait for a confirmation e-mail from Femmeprenista acknowledging the receipt of your cancellation request. The Member will be notified upon Femmeprenista’s receipt of the e-mail, and their Membership will subsequently be cancelled prior to the following billing period, assuming it is more than 24 hours away. As outlined above, if The Member cancels their Membership less than 24 hours before the automatic renewal is scheduled to charge their card, they acknowledge and agree that they will be charged for the next month, and the cancellation will take effect following this. Should this occur, The Member will have access to The Membership for the month in which they paid, with the Membership terminating at the end of the last paid month. It is the responsibility of The Member to ensure that their cancellation request has been received and processed by Femmeprenista. By checking the box on the purchase page confirming your agreement to these Terms, you also confirm that you are giving your unequivocal, clear, affirmative consent to your agreement with these automatic renewal and billing terms and the cancellation policy and that you understand how to cancel before your card is charged for the following month. 9. TERMINATION BY FEMMEPRENISTA: ======================= Femmeprenista reserves the right to terminate The Member’s access to The Membership at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: a. Breach of these Terms of Use; b. Engaging in conduct that Femmeprenista believes is harmful to its business or reputation; c. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the registration process or while participating in The Membership; d. Failure to make timely payments for The Membership. In the event of termination by Femmeprenista, The Member will be notified via e-mail and will lose access to The Membership immediately. If the termination is due to a breach of these Terms of Use or harmful conduct, The Member will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid. 10. REFUND POLICY ======================= Due to the digital nature of The Femmeprenista Membership and the immediate access to the content provided upon purchase, Femmeprenista is not able to offer refunds once The Member has purchased access to The Membership for any reason, including inability to obtain access to the site. It is the responsibility of The Member to ensure they have the necessary technical requirements and stable internet connection to access The Membership. In exceptional circumstances, such as prolonged technical issues with The Membership platform that prevent access to the content for an extended period, Femmeprenista may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund. The Member must notify Femmeprenista of any such issues promptly, and Femmeprenista will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If The Member is dissatisfied with their Membership or otherwise unable to view it in its entirety, they may reach out to customer service at info@Femmeprenista.com or may elect to cancel via the Cancellation Policy (8) outlined above and will not be charged for subsequent months. The Member further agrees and understands that changing their mind about The Membership, failing to follow through or understand the details of The Membership, not experiencing the results they expected or desired, or experiencing any other similar situations does not entitle them to a refund. 11. TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS ======================= To access and utilize The Femmeprenista Membership, The Member is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology, including but not limited to: a. A reliable internet connection b. A compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) c. Up-to-date web browsers and operating systems d. Any additional software or plugins required to view the content Femmeprenista strives to make The Membership accessible across a wide range of devices and platforms. However, Femmeprenista is not responsible for any specific technology needed to adequately view and utilize The Membership, nor is it responsible for any compatibility issues, technical difficulties, or limitations experienced by The Member due to their choice of device, software, or internet connection. The Member’s inability to access The Membership due to a technology issue on The Member’s end does not qualify them for a refund, nor does it alleviate them of their responsibility to make monthly payments unless or until The Member’s Membership is properly cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy (8). In the event of technical difficulties arising from Femmeprenista’s end, such as server downtime or site maintenance, Femmeprenista will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and communicate any prolonged disruptions to The Member. However, temporary inability to access The Membership due to such issues does not entitle The Member to a refund or exemption from their payment obligations. By agreeing to these terms, The Member acknowledges and accepts these technology requirements and limitations. 12. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION ======================= The Member understands and agrees that they are voluntarily choosing to enrol in The Femmeprenista Membership and are solely responsible for any outcomes or results. The Femmeprenista Membership is designed to provide educational content, resources, and support to help female entrepreneurs, with a special focus on mothers, achieve success in their businesses and personal lives. The Membership offers guidance on business practices, strategies, time management, health, and well-being, aiming to provide a holistic approach to empowering its members. While Femmeprenista believes in the value of its services and strives to create a supportive and informative environment, The Member acknowledges and agrees that individual results may vary. Femmeprenista does not guarantee specific outcomes or success in any area of life or business as a result of participating in The Membership. The Member understands that the information and resources provided within The Membership are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to legal, financial, or health advice. The Member agrees to consult with qualified professionals in the relevant fields before making any significant changes to their business, health, or well-being based on the content in The Membership. By participating in The Membership, The Member acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results in their business and personal lives. Femmeprenista shall not be held liable for any consequences, damages, or losses arising from The Member’s participation in The Membership or the implementation of any strategies, advice, or information provided within The Membership. The Member also understands they will have the opportunity to provide Femmeprenista with additional personal information that is viewable to all the Membership members, including but not limited to location, industry, and other information. All information is completely voluntary and optional to complete, and The Member does not gain or lose anything in The Membership for choosing to complete or not complete the additional information. The Member understands this information will only be viewable to others inside The Membership and will be handled in accordance with Femmeprenista’s Privacy Policy. The Member should not share any sensitive personal information or information they are not comfortable sharing within The Membership. The Member understands that should they elect to complete the information, they are doing so completely voluntarily and that The Membership and Femmeprenista are not responsible for any negative results from such information dissemination. By agreeing to these terms, The Member acknowledges and accepts these conditions of voluntary participation. 13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER ======================= The Member acknowledges that The Femmeprenista Membership is designed to provide educational content, resources, and support to help female entrepreneurs, particularly mothers, achieve success in their businesses and personal lives. However, The Member understands and agrees that Femmeprenista does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, financial gains, or personal achievements from participating in The Membership. All services and content provided by The Membership and Femmeprenista in connection with The Membership are provided on an “as is” basis, without any guarantees, representations, or warranties, including but not limited to warranties relating to quality, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or expectation or course of performance. The Member voluntarily purchases access to The Membership and agrees to hold Femmeprenista harmless should they become dissatisfied with any portion of The Membership. The Member agrees that Femmeprenista, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, physical, emotional, or financial injury, or any other losses or damages arising from or related to The Member’s participation in The Membership, even if Femmeprenista has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Member acknowledges that any business decisions, actions, results, or personal outcomes are solely their responsibility, and Femmeprenista shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such decisions, actions, results, or outcomes. The content provided by Femmeprenista on its website and within The Membership is for informational and educational purposes only and may not be suitable or applicable to every individual. The Member understands that Femmeprenista cannot guarantee results from The Membership and has no expectation of a specific result that Femmeprenista is responsible for delivering. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER: Femmeprenista does not make any guarantees or assurances regarding a particular financial outcome based on the use of The Membership and is not responsible for The Member’s earnings or any increase or decrease in finances based upon information within The Membership. Any information or testimonials regarding past or current Members’ participation in programs or their work with Femmeprenista that contain financial information are individual experiences, and results may vary. The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Femmeprenista, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in The Membership or the implementation of any strategies, advice, or information provided within The Membership. 14. Recommendations or Referrals within The Membership ======================= Femmeprenista may provide recommendations, offerings, deals, coupon codes, or suggested companies/brands within The Membership. The Member understands that these recommendations are based on Femmeprenista’s personal experience and opinion, and may or may not be useful or suitable for all members of The Membership. If The Member chooses to utilize any products or services from a recommended company or vendor, they do so voluntarily and at their own risk. Femmeprenista is not responsible or liable for any outcomes, experiences, or issues that may arise from The Member’s decision to use such products or services, as this falls outside the scope of The Membership. In cases where Femmeprenista has a material relationship with any recommended products, services, or companies, including but not limited to affiliate relationships that allow Femmeprenista to collect a commission for any products or services purchased through provided links, such material relationship will be clearly disclosed on or near the link to each company, identifying it as an “affiliate link.” The presence of an “affiliate link” notation indicates that Femmeprenista is an affiliate of the mentioned company and will receive financial compensation if The Member decides to purchase the product or services offered through that link. However, The Member is under no obligation to purchase any recommended products or services, and their decision to do so is entirely voluntary. By participating in The Membership, The Member acknowledges and agrees to these terms regarding recommendations and referrals, understanding that Femmeprenista’s recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any specific outcomes or experiences. 15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ======================= Ownership The Member acknowledges and agrees that Femmeprenista has created numerous original, creative works in connection with The Membership. Femmeprenista maintains all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in all original or derivative content associated with or included in The Membership, whether created prior to working with The Member or specifically for The Member, including but not limited to documents, charts, e-mails, graphs, products, systems, processes, handouts, worksheets, copy for website or sales pages, and any other original work created by Femmeprenista (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”). Limited License The Member may be granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use selected materials from The Membership in the course of their own business. However, the original proprietary rights remain with Femmeprenista. This agreement does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any Intellectual Property from Femmeprenista to The Member, nor grant any license to use the information, other than what is expressly provided throughout the course of The Membership. Restrictions The Member agrees not to copy, repost, alter, publish, sell, assist others in selling, manipulate, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the content or Intellectual Property provided by Femmeprenista or obtained through working with Femmeprenista without Femmeprenista’s express written consent. If such behaviour is discovered or suspected, Femmeprenista reserves the right to immediately terminate The Member’s participation in The Membership without refund, revoke access to any purchased materials, and reserve the right to prosecute any actionable infringement or misuse to the full extent of the law. Licensee Rights and Obligations As a “Licensee,” The Member understands and agrees to the following: a. The Member will not copy, edit, distribute, duplicate, or steal any information or content obtained through The Membership without written permission from Femmeprenista. b. The Member will not post, distribute, copy, steal, or otherwise use any portion of The Membership, its content, or information obtained via other members in the group without written permission from Femmeprenista. Any such use may constitute infringement, which may give rise to a cause of action against The Member. c. The Member will not claim any content created by Femmeprenista as part of The Membership or otherwise given to The Member as their own work, and will not use it in their business as their own. d. The Member will not share purchased materials or information with others who have not purchased them. Acknowledgement of Infringement The Member acknowledges and understands that any actions including but not limited to those outlined above will likely constitute infringement and/or theft of Femmeprenista’s work, and a violation of this Agreement and United Kingdom Federal laws. This enhanced version is structured with numbered subsections for better organization and readability. It also uses consistent terminology (e.g., “The Member” and “Intellectual Property”) throughout the section. The obligations of the Licensee are presented in a clear, easy-to-follow list format. Additionally, the section includes a separate subsection acknowledging the consequences of infringement to emphasize the importance of respecting Femmeprenista’s Intellectual Property rights. 16. INDEMNIFICATION ======================= The Member agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Femmeprenista, its affiliates, agents, team members, and any other parties associated with Femmeprenista from any causes of action, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) incurred as a result of The Member’s use of The Membership or any third-party claims arising from The Member’s actions as a direct or indirect result of their participation in The Membership. In the event that Femmeprenista is required to defend itself in any action directly or indirectly involving The Member, or in an action where Femmeprenista determines that The Member’s participation or assistance would benefit its defence, The Member agrees to cooperate and provide any evidence, documents, testimony, or other information deemed useful by Femmeprenista, free of charge. 17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION ======================= In the event of a dispute between Femmeprenista and The Member, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations and discussions. The Member acknowledges that failure to achieve desired results does not constitute a valid basis for a dispute and agrees not to hold Femmeprenista responsible for any specific results or outcomes achieved by other Members. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution informally, The Member and Femmeprenista agree to submit all disputes to mediation in accordance with the Civil Mediation Council’s guidelines. The mediation shall take place in Bedford, Milton Keynes & London, United Kingdom, within a reasonable timeframe. Both parties agree to participate in the mediation process in good faith and in a manner that will effectively and efficiently resolve the dispute, including the exchange of any relevant materials, documents, or information. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. In any legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in connection with the dispute. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These revisions ensure that the Indemnification and Dispute Resolution sections are in line with UK law and legal practices. The dispute resolution process now includes mediation as a step before proceeding to the courts, and the applicable jurisdiction and governing law have been specified as England and Wales. 18. APPLICABLE LAW ======================= This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and regardless of the location of The Member. The Member understands and agrees that the laws of England and Wales shall be applicable to this agreement. 19. AMENDMENTS ======================= Femmeprenista reserves the right to amend or modify this agreement from time to time, as The Membership is updated, laws or regulations change, or as deemed necessary by Femmeprenista. The Member understands and agrees to abide by the most recent version of these Terms of Use and will periodically review the Terms for any updates or changes. In the event that Femmeprenista makes any material changes to these Terms of Use, The Member will be notified and given an opportunity to cancel their Membership should they not agree to the updated Terms. If The Member continues to participate in The Membership after such changes have been made, this will serve as confirmation of their agreement to the updated Terms of Use. Femmeprenista will make reasonable efforts to notify The Member of any significant changes to the Terms of Use, such as by e-mail or through a prominent notice within The Membership platform. However, it remains The Member’s responsibility to review the Terms of Use periodically to stay informed of any updates or modifications.
