I built Femmeprenista because I lived the problem — and I found a better way.

I am Carlene Nisbett — a holistic business coach for women, an MBA graduate from Cranfield University, a PhD researcher specialising in female entrepreneurship, and a mother of five. I understand the juggle not as a concept but as my daily reality. I built my own business while navigating pregnancy, childcare costs, career pivots, and the very real pressures that most business coaches have never had to face.
After my MBA, I faced what so many ambitious women face — the motherhood penalty. Soaring childcare costs, a corporate world not designed for mothers, and the burning knowledge that there had to be a smarter path. So I built one. Femmeprenista was born from that experience — and from my conviction that a world-class business should amplify your life, not consume it.
