- Client data — retained for 7 years from the end of our engagement, in line with UK tax and legal requirements
- Email marketing data — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Enquiry data — retained for 12 months from last contact, unless a service relationship develops
- Analytics data — aggregated and anonymised; see individual processor policies for specific retention periods
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data where there is no lawful basis to retain it

Our Services
Femmeprenista offers coaching and strategic advisory services for female entrepreneurs, currently including:
- The Freedom By Design Strategy Session — a focused one-to-one business strategy session resulting in a personalised Freedom Blueprint™ delivered within 72 hours of the session
- The Pocket Partnership — an ongoing monthly coaching retainer providing structured strategic support, Voxer access, and monthly sessions, subject to a minimum commitment period
- The Freedom Partnership — an invitation-only premium coaching partnership available by direct invitation only and not publicly marketed or sold
Current pricing, availability, and full service details for all publicly offered services are set out on the relevant pages of this website. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
Purchasing a Service
A contract between you and Thrivology Limited is formed when you complete payment for a service and receive written confirmation from us. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our services.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. All payments are in GBP (£). Where instalment options are offered, each instalment is due on the agreed schedule; failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension of service access until payment is received.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Freedom By Design Strategy Session
- Sessions must be rescheduled no less than 48 hours in advance; rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will be considered at our discretion
- If you are dissatisfied at the conclusion of your session, please contact us within 7 days and we will discuss an appropriate resolution; we do not offer automatic refunds after a session has taken place
- If we need to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered a full reschedule or a full refund
The Pocket Partnership (Monthly Retainer)
- This service requires a minimum commitment period as stated at the time of purchase; no refunds are provided within the minimum commitment period
- After the minimum commitment period, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice to info@femmeprenista.com
- Monthly payments are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced
The Freedom Partnership
- As an invitation-only service, specific terms are set out in a separate client agreement provided at the time of engagement
- These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific client agreement
Delivery of Services
Services are delivered remotely via video call, Voxer, and/or written communication. Session scheduling is managed through our booking system (TidyCal). It is your responsibility to attend booked sessions at the agreed time. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your own equipment or internet connection.
The Freedom Blueprint™ document produced following a Strategy Session will be delivered within 72 hours of the session concluding, to the email address provided at booking.
Client Responsibilities
Our services are designed to support your business growth, but results depend significantly on your own commitment and implementation. You agree to:
- Engage honestly and openly to allow us to provide relevant and accurate guidance
- Complete any agreed preparatory work, such as the Deep-Dive Business Audit, before sessions
- Take responsibility for all business decisions made as a result of our coaching
- Maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary frameworks, tools, or materials shared with you
Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, materials, and intellectual property produced by Femmeprenista — including but not limited to the Business Flourish Framework™, the Freedom Blueprint™, session materials, and website content — remain the property of Thrivology Limited. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials provided to you as part of your engagement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any of our materials without prior written consent.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during a coaching engagement. We will not share your personal business information with third parties except as required by law or as set out in our Privacy Policy.
No Professional Advice
Our services constitute business coaching and strategic support. They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, medical, or any other form of regulated professional advice. You should always seek qualified professional advice for matters requiring such expertise. We accept no liability for decisions made based on our coaching.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrivology Limited’s liability in connection with any service shall be limited to the total fees paid by you for that specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of our services.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
Website Use
